The Foundation will be pleased to assist American and Canadian universities in all activities connected with educational collaboration. American and Canadian universities may use the following format for responding to the Indus Foundation, indicating clearly the activities of interest to them. This information would be helpful in assisting and working with them.

1. DEGREE AND DIPLOMA PROGRAMS

The Foundation

will be pleased to assist American and Canadian universities for collaborating with reliable and committed Indian institutions for offering their degree and diploma programs in India. American and Canadian universities may please indicate their interest, mentioning the specific undergraduate and graduate programs they would like to offer in India.

2. TWINNING / TRANSFER PROGRAMS

The Foundation will be pleased to assist American and Canadian universities for collaborating with reliable and committed Indian institutions for setting up twinning / transfer programs in India. American and Canadian universities may please indicate their interest, mentioning the specific undergraduate and graduate degree and diploma programs for this purpose.

3. CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS

The Foundation will be pleased to assist American and Canadian universities for collaborating with reliable and committed Indian institutions for offering their certificate programs in India. American and Canadian universities may please indicate their interest, mentioning the specific undergraduate and graduate level certificate programs they would like to offer in India.

4. DISTANCE EDUCATION PROGRAMS

The Foundation will be pleased to facilitate American and Canadian universities to offer their distance education programs in India. American and Canadian universities may please indicate their interest, mentioning the specific undergraduate and graduate distance education programs, which they would like to offer in India.

5. STUDY ABROAD IN INDIA PROGRAMS

The Foundation will be pleased to assist American and Canadian universities for organizing customized study abroad programs in India. Requests for organizing the programs must be made at least six to nine months in advance of the commencement of the semesters. Interested institutions are requested to provide the following basic information so that a customized program may be developed.

* Specific objectives of the study abroad program.
* Number of students likely to participate in the program.
* Indicative dates of the semester(s) for study in India.
* City or cities in India that students may like to study.
* Any other pertinent information about the program.

6. STUDY TOUR OF INDIA PROGRAMS

The Foundation will be pleased to assist American and Canadian universities for organizing customized study tours of India. Requests for organizing customized study tours of India must be made at least six to nine months in advance of the tour dates. Interested institutions are requested to provide the following basic information so that a customized study tour program may be developed.

* Specific objectives of the study tour.
* Number of students likely to participate in the tour.
* Duration of the tour and indicative dates of the tour.
* Cities in India that students may like to visit.
* Any other pertinent information about the tour.

7. PARTNERSHIP PROGRAMS

The Foundation will be pleased to assist American and Canadian universities for establishing academic partnerships with good and reliable Indian institutions. American and Canadian universities may please indicate whether they would like to establish partnership programs with Indian institutions so that students who complete 12th standard in India may be admitted as freshmen. Please mention the specific undergraduate programs to which Indian students may seek admission.

8. RECRUITMENT OF INDIAN STUDENTS

The Foundation will be pleased to assist American and Canadian universities for recruiting Indian students.
American and Canadian universities may indicate their interest in recruiting students from India, mentioning the specific undergraduate and graduate programs (Degree, Diploma, and Certificate) for which students may be recruited.

9. RECRUITING TOURS OF INDIA

American and Canadian universities are welcome to participate in the periodic recruiting tours of India. American and Canadian universities may please indicate whether they would be interested in participating in the recruiting tours of India, mentioning the specific tour (Spring or Fall) and the year in which they may like to participate.

10. ANY OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION

American and Canadian universities may give any other pertinent information that they would like to share with the Foundation.
