Dr. Chester Wolford is the Professor of Business and English at the Pennsylvania State University, where he has taught for twenty years. In addition to more than twenty articles, he has written three books, including Business Communication (Harcourt, 1993). He has consulted extensively and conducted dozens of seminars for numerous companies, including General Electric Company and International Paper Company. He has taken degrees from Georgetown University, The University of Maryland, and The Pennsylvania State University. |
