PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Project and Program Management is an intensive workshop designed to develop the planning, scheduling, and management skills of personnel with responsibilities in the areas of managing projects, policies, and programs. Program content will focus on planning, scheduling, administration, control, decision making, and enhancement of projects/programs. All course content and materials will be specifically targeted to the participants' environment. This program helps participants to improve their abilities to plan and organize projects.
