PROJECT MANAGEMENT & TEAM COMMUNICATION
Whatever size or scope of projects, project success takes us beyond intuition and common sense. It requires a specific set of activities, tools, and principles. Managing a project at the individual level unfortunately does not automatically give us the skills to manage projects involving people across disciplines and levels. This seminar is for people currently and potentially involved in the roles of project leader. In this program, the participants use their own current and potential projects to learn and practice project management tools and principles. These can then be applied to a wide range of projects effectively. The program also explores how projects can have effective team communication and thereby achieve higher levels of performance.
