PROJECT MANAGEMENT This program presents an introduction to the principles, techniques, and systems that can be used for the management of projects, in a context where there are numerous activities related to their design, definition, and planning. The key subjects that the participants are exposed to include project life cycle and the project management process; project definition, selection, justification, and launching; roles and responsibilities of the project manager and other project personnel at the single-project and multiple-project levels; personal, team, and organizational requirements for the successful completion of projects. The program provides the participants with an opportunity to improve their skills relative to the technical aspects of project planning and control. The participants also deepen their understanding of human and interpersonal aspects of project management. |
