LEADING YOUR COMPANY TO CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
This course integrates the principles of Strategic Management, Leadership, and TQM so that participants can prepare their organization for a new way of doing business, and assess the readiness of their organizations to successfully implement TQM. The program examines leadership skills required to lead TQM in an organization, strategic planning for TQM, and the Baldridge framework which is being used by more and more US companies to initiate TQM. Examples and case studies are used and participants will take part in assessing their own organizations so that they leave with a plan to thoughtfully lead change.
