The well-established American management
education system is particularly strong in the field of management development, for which
there is a phenomenal demand in the Indian sub-continent. The current state of
professional management education in the sub-continent leaves much to be desired in the
context of the developing economies of the sub-continent. Many of the existing
management development programs for executives are deficient in curriculum, in caliber of
faculty, and in developing interactive relationships with the business world. Therefore,
the Foundation is organizing a series of management development programs in the Indian
sub-continent on a regular basis in association with some of the best American
universities, management consulting firms, and training companies.
