Working with difficult people has become an increasingly complex and urgent problem with significant consequences to the individual and to the organization. Most people work hard at trying to deal with this problem but they often find that no matter what they do the situation doesn't improve. In the last several years, Professor Shore has made a study on working with difficult people in the corporate environment. He has discovered what works and what doesn't.
