MANAGING CHANGE THROUGH TRAINING Organizations aiming to participate in the global economy most successfully need to institutionalize a capacity for change. Effective training can be a key component in that process. In efforts to increase productivity, training budgets are often the first to get reduced because these activities are not clearly seen as value added. But truly effective training has enabled organizations to achieve remarkable success. This program will show participants how to craft a training program (or system) that is organizationally strategic and appropriate, results and skills oriented, likely to provide a reasonable return on the investment and provide a platform for further improvement. The participants will be given key models which have produced outstanding results in the U.S. and other countries, so that they may be able to improve their own programs. |
