Mr. Bennet Simonton is the President of Simonton Associates, a management consulting firm. He is the author of the book, How to Unleash the Power of People. Mr. Simonton worked at Consolidated Edison of New York and was instrumental in achieving unprecedented operating and efficiency results through improvements in training, routine and preventive maintenance, cost control, planning, union relationships, empowerment of employees and leadership of employees. Earlier, he served at the Pentagon as Director of Surface Combat Systems, administering an annual budget of $3.5 Billion for Navy's central staff. Mr. Simonton earned a Master's degree in Computer System Management and graduated from the prestigious U.S. Naval Academy. |
