Dr. Barry Shore received his undergraduate degree in engineering from Tufts University, MBA from The University of Massachusetts, and Ph.D. from The University of Wisconsin. He has written four books published by McGraw-Hill and Holt Rinehart and Winston, and is the author of many scholarly and trade articles which focus on management issues ranging from human relations to decision support systems. Dr. Shore worked for Hewlett Packard, General Electric, and Boeing. He has been on the consulting staff of Arthur D. Little Company and Harbridge House. His consulting and workshop clients include Liberty Mutual, Westinghouse, GTE, Chase Manhattan Bank, and US Navy. Furthermore, he has lectured in Belgium, Holland, Italy, and Iran. Currently Professor Shore is Chair of the Decision Sciences department at the Whittemore School of Business and Economics, University of New Hampshire. |
