Lisa Prasad

Ms. Prasad, Principal at U3 Ventures, is a noted expert both in the fields of University real estate and retail development and in leveraging the economic impact of anchor institutions. Her advisory focus is on creating strategies for economic development and real estate investment in communities surrounding anchor institutions. Her clients include The Ohio Board of Regents, University of Chicago, Temple University, Detroit Neighborhood Forum, and the Hudson-Webber Foundation. Ms. Prasad was formerly an Associate Vice President at the University of Pennsylvania Facilities and Real Estate Services Division and, before that, the Chief of Staff to Penn's Executive Vice President. Ms. Prasad came to the University of Pennsylvania from the Higher Education Consulting Practice of Coopers and Lybrand where she led a team of consultants providing advisory services to colleges and universities. Ms. Prasad received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and her Master's degrees in Government Administration and Political Science both from the University of Pennsylvania.
